Protección de datos de carácter personal según la LEY ORGÁNICA 3/2018 (LOPDGDD)

Derechos de propiedad intelectual

WEDGE GLOBAL, S.L. es titular de todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual, industrial y “know-how” sobre el contenido del sitio web https://wedgeglobal.com/ y los servicios ofrecidos, incluyendo software y documentación asociada.

No se permite la reproducción, publicación ni uso distinto al privado sin autorización escrita.

Propiedad intelectual del software

Cualquier acceso, modificación o visualización no autorizada de la configuración o archivos de los servidores de WEDGE GLOBAL, S.L. queda prohibido, siendo el usuario responsable civil y penalmente de las incidencias derivadas de actuaciones negligentes o maliciosas.

Propiedad intelectual de los contenidos alojados

Se prohíbe el uso de los servicios de WEDGE GLOBAL, S.L. para:

• Acciones contrarias a la legislación española o que infrinjan derechos de terceros.

• Publicación de contenido violento, obsceno, abusivo, ilegal, racista o difamatorio.

• Difusión de cracks, números de serie u otros contenidos que vulneren derechos de IP.

El usuario será responsable del contenido que aloje y de cumplir la normativa aplicable en materia de servicios online, comercio electrónico, propiedad intelectual y protección de menores.

El usuario indemnizará a WEDGE GLOBAL, S.L. por cualquier gasto derivado de reclamaciones imputables al usuario, incluidos honorarios legales.

Protección de la información alojada

WEDGE GLOBAL, S.L. realiza copias de seguridad pero no garantiza la recuperación total de datos borrados por el usuario. La restauración solo está incluida cuando la causa sea atribuible a la empresa; en caso contrario, se facturará según volumen y complejidad previa aceptación del usuario.

Comunicaciones comerciales

De acuerdo con la LSSI, WEDGE GLOBAL, S.L. no enviará comunicaciones comerciales no solicitadas electrónicamente.

Con clientes con relación contractual previa, WEDGE GLOBAL, S.L. podrá enviar comunicaciones comerciales sobre productos o servicios similares.

This retention does not affect the confidentiality of communications and may only be used within the framework of a criminal investigation or to safeguard public security, made available to judges, courts, or relevant authorities.

Data communications to State Security Forces will be carried out in accordance with personal data protection regulations.

Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual Property of Hosted Content

The following are prohibited when using services provided by WEDGE GLOBAL, S.L.:

• Use contrary to Spanish law or third-party rights.

• Publishing or transmitting content deemed violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racist, xenophobic, or defamatory.

• Sharing software cracks, serial numbers, or content infringing third-party IP rights.

• Collecting or using personal data of other users without explicit consent or contrary to GDPR/LOPDGDD.

• Using the mail server or email addresses to send unsolicited bulk emails.

The user is fully responsible for website content, transmitted information, hyperlinks, third-party claims, and legal actions related to intellectual property, third-party rights, and child protection.

Protection of Hosted Information

WEDGE GLOBAL, S.L. performs backups but is not responsible for accidental deletion or loss of user data, nor guarantees full data recovery if deleted since the last backup.

Backup restoration services are not included unless the data loss is attributable to WEDGE GLOBAL, S.L.; otherwise, recovery costs will be quoted and subject to user approval.

Commercial Communications

In accordance with LSSI, WEDGE GLOBAL, S.L. will not send unsolicited advertising or promotional communications by email or similar electronic means.
